The Nordic ARC node warmly welcomes you to the 2026 All-Hands Meeting at VANN Spa Hotel & Conference, located in a peaceful coastal setting on the Swedish west coast.

Venue
The meeting will take place at VANN Spa Hotel & Conference, located in the Bohuslän coastal region north of Gothenburg. The venue combines modern conference facilities with access to nature, walking areas, and spa amenities, providing an ideal environment for focused discussions and informal networking. The hotel is situated approximately 1.5 hours from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport.
Two buses are planned from Gothenburg Landvetter Airport to Vann Spa Hotel, tentatively at 13:30 and 17:30 on Monday 21 September 2026. Final times will be adjusted after participant travel details are collected.
Practical info
Sweden is easy to navigate, with reliable public transport and widespread use of credit cards. In September, the weather in the region is typically mild and autumnal, with daytime temperatures around 12–17°C and cooler evenings; occasional rain is common, so layered clothing and a light waterproof jacket are recommended.
